This white wine is made exclusively from Koshu grapes which are 100% grown in the town of Hokuei of Tottori Prefecture. The vinification is done in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. This wine is a dry white wine with a citrus fragrance and acidity reminiscent of grapefruit with hints of green apple.

Muscat Bailey A grapes, grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides in Hokuei-cho, Tottori are the only ingredient in this rosé wine. The three-month fermentation process in stainless steel tanks and additive-free bottling create a wine with a sweet aroma, soft tannins and strawberry nuances, and moderate acidity.

This wine is made from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Yama Sauvignon, all grown in Hokuei-cho, Tottori. It has aromas of violet and raspberry, rich red fruit flavor and elaborate tannins as well as moderate acidity.

Miyu "Merlot" 2018 is a balanced red wine made from grapes of the merlot varieties grown in Hokuei-cho, Tottori Prefecture.The vinification was done in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Bottled without the use of additives, this wine offers soft tannins, moderate acidity and a rich fruit flavor. Long-term aging allows you to enjoy a body with a skeleton. This is a commemorative vintage, celebrating the beginning of the new Reiwa era in Japan.
